We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return was due to damage in transit, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For change of mind returns, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be approved for a return, the item must be the same item sent out, in reasonable condition. Items that have undergone severe damage after they have been delivered to you are not eligible for return.
